Overview
This course is to assist in
the development of the participants’ knowledge, understanding, skills &
ability to communicate using various methods and styles effectively.
Aim
Participants will be more
confident in oral, written and email communication. They will also be
taught techniques to be more effective in a meeting. They will be able to
carry out their communication functions effectively and also express their
thoughts and ideas in a more impactful manner in meetings and
presentations.

Course Duration
8 weeks on a part-time study
for 4 hours per session. Sessions include classroom discussions/
participation, hands-on training activities and peer teaching practice.
