Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) is an extension of the CELTA Cert. The programme is basically teaching students, whose English is not their first language. The teaching is normally done in their own country. This helps teachers to travel to countries open to learn the English language.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a standardised test of English language proficiency
