Overview of Training Methodology
A learner-centric approach is taken for the lessons where
activities incorporate a range of interactive means such as:
-
Role-playing: Participants take on a particular
role for an activity to understand the situation that the
‘character’ is in better.
-
Games and Activities: Participants explore
simulated situations through games and activities.
-
Active Listening & Questioning: Participants
exercise the skill of listening to one’s
self and others. Question & Answer sessions are simulated as
part of the problem solving aspect of some activities they have
learnt for the day and their progress through the sessions.
-
Reflection Practice: Participants reflect and
share their thoughts on the activities
conducted.
